Focussing on the positives.
The first flash of vibrant orange as carrots peep from the soil. The runner beans climbing and curling up the bamboo stalks. Apples and cherries becoming plump and shinny. The sweet fragrance of the lilac blossoms has been replaced by peonies and roses.
A grateful nod and joyful cheer to the magic of nature. A knowing and acknowledgement of all that is dear.
A reminder to do something to make your soul sing. Nature and ART remains paramount.
My creative journey continues.
August 1st 2021: Petitpopoart
I feel free again, though ironically never more connected and drawn to the beauty that is all around. The calm of nature calls and I am like an expressive child running outside in the open, happy, safe & joyful.
If I am to become an earthly vessel of nature, I choose to be a well. I would be filled with tranquil clear water and be teeming with life. As I continue to discover ways to replenish and enrich my well (me), the simplicity of observation, the serenity of just being present in a moment, the gift of nature’s colours and my doodling has become a joy.
I hope you enjoy scrolling through the gallery which provides a variety of subject options. As of November 10th, I have included a new category featuring Cards. Here you will find high quality printed images on FCS certified card. They feature original art by petitpopo, are supplied with envelopes and recyclable protective film.
